Contract machining means a company has a part of its own design made in a specialist shop rather than on its own machines. Machine builders, automotive suppliers, hydraulics firms and repair shops buy capacity when they need it instead of investing in machines.
The process has four steps. First, a drawing or a sample: if you have no drawing, photograph the part next to a caliper and send it over WhatsApp. Second, material: we propose and source it for the duty. Third, the first article: one part is made, measured and submitted for your approval. Fourth, series production and delivery.
When choosing a shop, check three things: does the machine park fit your part (C-axis lathe for cylindrical, mill for prismatic), is there a first-article stage, and do they provide measurement reports. Price alone misleads; a scrapped batch from a second setup turns the cheapest quote into the dearest.
Our shop in Silivri has done contract CNC turning and milling since 2016; machine parts, hydraulic fittings, automotive spares and custom fixtures are the main groups. We deliver by our own vehicle around İstanbul, Tekirdağ and Çorlu, and by freight across Türkiye.
