Yes. We produce from samples. Send a photo over WhatsApp; if needed we measure the part in the shop and derive the data required for production ourselves.
Both. The process always starts with a sample; once you approve it we move to series production at any quantity.
No. We specify and source the material for the duty. If you would rather we machine your own stock, that works too.
The C-axis lets us control the angular position of the rotating workpiece. Cross and face drilling, keyways and flat milling can be done without the part leaving the chuck — so no second clamping, no tolerance drift and a lower cost per part.
WhatsApp is the fastest channel. We get back to you as soon as possible during working hours.
On a CNC lathe the part rotates and the tool is fixed: shafts, bushings, flanges and fittings. On a CNC mill the tool rotates and the part is fixed: prismatic parts, slots and hole patterns. Our shop runs C-axis CNC lathes and a milling machine together, so most parts are turned and milled in a single setup.
Price depends on material (steel, stainless, aluminium, brass), part size and stock removal, tolerance and surface finish, quantity, number of setups and lead time. In small batches most of the cost is setup time, so unit price drops noticeably with quantity. Send a drawing or a photo of the part with the quantity over WhatsApp and we will quote the same day.
No minimum. We make single prototypes, samples and one-off replacements of broken parts. Series jobs always start with a first article; production follows your approval.
The shop is in Silivri, İstanbul. We deliver with our own vehicle across İstanbul, Tekirdağ, Çorlu and Çerkezköy industrial zones, and by freight anywhere in Türkiye. Drawings arrive by e-mail or WhatsApp, so working remotely is no problem.
An oil skimmer removes tramp oil (hydraulic, way oil) floating on the machine coolant. The emulsion stops smelling, lasts longer, and bacteria and foam drop. Our EYS-D disc and EYS-K belt models run on 12 V with a 15-minute interval timer and mount on the coolant tank of any CNC lathe, mill or grinder.
